Cooperation Process

1. Demand communication and precise docking

Customers can provide specific cooperation needs through phone, email, online consultation, and other means. The requirements should cover product types, application scenarios, specification parameters, customization requirements, order quantities, and delivery cycles.

We will arrange a dedicated account manager to follow up one-on-one, deeply analyze the details of the requirements, provide preliminary product selection suggestions, and clarify the direction of cooperation.

2. Scheme design, quotation confirmation

The customer manager collaborates with the technical team to develop exclusive lighting solutions based on customer needs. The plan includes core information such as product configuration, technical parameters, renderings, and cost accounting.

We will issue a formal quotation and communicate the plan and quotation details with the client. Quickly adjust the plan based on customer feedback until both parties reach a consensus.

3. Sample making and quality verification

After both parties confirm the plan, the sample making process will be initiated. The technical team strictly follows the standard plan to produce samples, ensuring that the quality of the samples is consistent with that of the bulk products.

After the sample production is completed, it will be mailed to the customer for actual testing and acceptance. The customer verifies the light efficiency, size, protective performance and other indicators of the sample, and we optimize and adjust them based on feedback until the sample is qualified.

4. Sign the contract and pay the deposit

After confirming the accuracy of the sample, both parties sign a formal purchase and sales contract. The contract specifies key terms such as product specifications, quantity, delivery time, quality standards, and after-sales service.

The customer pays the advance payment as agreed in the contract. After receiving the payment, we issue the production order and enter the mass production stage.

5. Batch production, full process quality control

The production workshop adopts standardized production lines and strictly follows the ISO9001 quality management system for production. During the production process, the quality control team conducts multiple rounds of sampling on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products to ensure that the product parameters meet the standards.

The customer manager regularly provides feedback on production progress to customers, timely synchronizes special situations during the production process, and ensures transparent and controllable production.

6. Inspection and delivery, settlement of final payment

After the production of the product is completed, notify the customer to inspect the goods on site or provide third-party inspection services. The customer verifies the quantity, quality, packaging, and other contents of the product, and pays the final payment after confirming that they are correct.

We will arrange logistics delivery according to the agreed transportation method in the contract, provide logistics tracking numbers, and ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to the designated location.

7. Installation guidance and after-sales support

After product delivery, we provide professional installation guidance services. The service forms include installation manuals, video tutorials, remote guidance from technical personnel, and on-site technical support can be arranged for complex projects.

The product enjoys a 3-5 year warranty service, and the after-sales team responds to customer problems within 2 hours, provides solutions within 48 hours, regularly visits customers, and provides product maintenance suggestions.
